CLK cabs and squeeks
hi all,
been enjoying my 2006 CLK55 cab for the past year w/ ZERO issues, but this past month as winter approached, the top and the front area against the windshield started squeeking badly whenever i went over bumps. it got so bad over anything but the smoothest roads that i was ready to put the car away for the winter(thot perhaps due to cold weather).
anyways, i put on some silicon sprays against the front latch area against the cvt top, and VOILA!...it's now as quiet as can be.
and now, despite the recent rain, i'm happy to be driving my super quiet CLK55
