Question about tire size
I have a 2003 CLK55 with 19 inch BSS wheels and I need new rear tires.

The car currently has 255/30/19 can I run a 265/30/19??
My reason for asking you all is that I have asked two different tire shops and they said they are not sure if it will fit.

Sure you can run 265/30 19" without any issues.
Even 275/30 is safe. 285/30 you'll need spacers.
I wanted to go with 285's but in Switzerland they are too pricey so 275 with spacers it is!!

I'm running 265/30-19's, no issues with rubbing at all and they are within the same height spec as the OEM so there are no issues with ESP either. The previous owner had 275's on the rear and they rubbed on the inner fender liner (with the OEM 19" AMG wheels).
