May i ask what are the GOTCHA's to look for in a w209 CLK55 with over 70K+ miles?
Are the '05 CLK55's more reliable at high mileage?

Get a Mercedes inspection done regardless of the mileage, unless you are mechanically inclined and are familiar with benzes.
Common issues though are, battery draining seat modules, motor mounts, valve cover gaskets, and rear main seals.
