Hey Chick.....
Why do you think it needs rebuild? Making noise? No boost?
In any case.... you came to the right place for kleemann boosted cars.
Cory @ Kleemann USA in Co Springs is THE MAN for this blower on these cars.
He and Brandon over there are the best in the business as far as I'm concerned. Honest, over deliver...... responsive.... I could go on.
the nice thing about Kleeman, it will be OEM quality when they are finished...... so you don't have hoopty CEL's and funny business often found with tunes...... it will work right under all conditions.... not just WOT on a dyno...... I'm running my blown clk as a daily driver 24K miles later with just usual maintenance.
I actually had my car trailered to their shop to get the bugs worked out. Cory took care of my beast.

YES "Hey Simon-
Supercharger is done and ready to go. I'll put the spent bearings and seal in a bag so you can check 'em out if you want. They're not completely toast, but they are marginal- excellent time to replace them. Drive coupler was completely gone, so I'll recommend a few preventative steps to do before you slap the SC back on:
The drive coupler typically shatters, leaving lots of small plastic bits in the supercharger nose, which typically then travel down the oil drain line directly into the oil pan. I recommend doing an oil/filter change, and you'll also want to remove the oil drain line and the dipstick tube and ensure no plastic bits are stuck in there, and clean them out really well. It would also be a really good idea to remove the oil supply line, and clean the line, as well as both banjo bolts- the engine side banjo has a screen to further filter the oil which can sometimes get blocked. The supercharger side banjo has a .5mm orifice, so that should be cleaned out well. Other than that, the SC is good to go- it's in good condition and doesn't appear to have any other issues. "
Highly Recommend them.
