Questions Thread for W209 Upgrades.

I figured we needed a thread like this for mine and others "n00b" questions.
Heres Mine so far
Upgrade 1: New Exhaust system
I've been thinking of upgrading the Exhaust of my car. I like the Throaty mean sound of the V8.
It seems like a lot of people like the Kleemann setup.
What do you guys recommend?
(Include HP/TRQ gains if possible)
Upgrade 2:Sway bars.
I would like to get some but unsure what exactly to get.
