Did you get any rubbing on the arches after they were rolled and the spacers put on? I've just done this and it rubs a bit, but only when there's like 3-4 people in, I'm hoping the coilovers sort it out.

Initial there was some rubbing right after the kit was installed however with some fine tweaking (Sanding down and banging a few edges inside the wheel well, I haven't had a problem since. I am currently running Bilstein pss9s.

Prior Design Germany, I think these are pretty good quality kits.

What's the material for the Prior Design kit? Is it fiberglass? The price I'm seeing for this kit is approaching OEM parts so I'm wondering what the quality is.

Hi there, how was the handling with w204 hubs? Have you put some bigger spacers in the rear? I am searching for info on this setup. Have you heard anything on R230 (SL500) susspension swap?

From my past experience with aftermarket body parts, I found the Prior Design kit pretty top notch. You did have to adjust it slightly when it was bolted to the car but there isn't any cracking/flexing going on.

As most know now, I no longer own this car as I have sold it to another forum member. I'll let him post an update on it once he is ready, but I never got around on using the w204 hubs. I did my research on it though. You can only use them in the front (any w204 hubs work) which would eliminate the 30mm spacers that I have on it currently. They would give the car between a 30-40mm look which is perfect for this body kit in the front.
