I had a deal all but inked for a BMW M3 e46....when my wife took one look at the listing and said "BMW's doing nothing for me, i will NEVER drive it". recognizing that even an indifferent wife was better than a negative wife I glanced around for an alternative.and holysp...I stumbled upon an SMG clk55...what a perfect combination of huge, angry motor, somwhat deft road manners and well appointed interior. The car is a perfect compromise, my wife can have a fun day in the car that is as refined, and I can have fun driving a 370hp v-8!
what is staggering is how an $87k sticker-priced car can be had for such a relative steal just a few years later with 50k mi on the clock!
My wife traded her ML350 for a prius, she's very happy to get the fit and finish of a MB in the driveway again!
can't wait to pick up this nasty little thing!

I suspect he means the CLK has the fit and finish of a mercedes.
Congratulations, they are an excellent all round car, good performance, awesome reliability good handling and you can shove stuff in it when you need to.
