Two questions about my car! Very serious (02 CLK 430)
So lately my cars been acting a little funny and idk whats causing it.. Sometimes when I come to a complete stop, my car will start shaking for a good 5-7 seconds and then it'll calm down.. Another thing is that my car will sometimes shake so much to the point where my car shoots forward on its own sometimes. Its kind of scary because I dont want the car to do that if i'm real close behind somebody, it might hit the other car and then it'll be my fault which will be some bs..

MAF sensor is dirty or on the way out. My friends ML did the same and first i used a good quality brake cleaner and sprayed the little sensor and the inside of the housing.... problem gone
On my CLK i had same problem, but cleaning didn't help, had to replace.

I agree. The MAF is fairly cheap to replace ($150) and very simple.
