How can I fix my car's passenger belt retractor/helper thing? On my drivers side It works like a charm! but on my passenger side It does not.. I think it is a fuse but I don't really know.. First time on forums and this is my first thread/post. Thanks best regards !

My passenger side extender didn't work when I bought my 55 a couple years ago. I took it to the dealer to fix a window regulator and they said I had some error messages relating to the convertible top so they reset the computer (STAR?). I picked the car up at the dealer and was surprised to find the extender working (weird). That's my story but it could very well be the motor, fuse, or some other problem in your case.

Thanks for your reply very much appreciated. Where is the fuse located? perhaps my car needs a computer scan like your's did. But for the sake of curiosity and who knows it might be... why not give it a try? Thanks !
