This is close to buying a used 2002 car.
Go to Edmunds.com and price out a used 2002 with low milage that represents the low number.
You need to consider the value of the 4 year warrantee, a used car would have 2-3 years + starmark and take that into account.
So start at the low number generated from the above and see where you get the dealer to. Remember it is year end and the salesguy/dealership would love to get rid of the inventory and hit/exceed their sales goals.
