Battery Replacement
I wish to change the battery in my 2007 CLK 63 by myself.
Is this simple "plug and play" or do some items need to be reset like the window indexing, stereo presets, other?
Any comments/ advise?

Yes. First and foremost, ensure the key is not in the ignition when that new battery is connected. If you have Keyless Go, open the driver’s door. After connecting a new battery, you’ll have to set the clock and synchronize the windows. I don't about the standard radio, but if you have COMAND, you have additional things to do.
