w208 kleemann headers
I recently got kleemann headers installed but they seem to touch steering when wheel is almost fully turned. I know some ppl have had similar issues, is there a work around? appreciate any advice

Same issue here. You got two options. You hit a dent into primary tubeing where steering arm is touching or you grind a small lobe into steering arm. I went with last one. No touching any more except some rare situations when I give sudden hi rpms and wheels are fully turned.
I got to ask you the same question that I'm farming here all the time I here some one is useing Kleemann headers with W208... Do got any pulsation ticking sound from the headers when the engine is under load? Damn anoying ticking noise like its leaking but its not. Can't find any leaking spots or smell gasses.
