Yes replace them. A lot of people will say not to bother with the leads but i always replace them too. As mentioned above, there are countless threads on it. Look on the w209 and C32/C55 forums also. Oh and buy the 17mm Mercedes boot removal tool, makes it much easier.

No problem. I also have a link in my signature below for when i did it on my old C32. The CLK is the same just 4 extra spark plugs needed. Leads get Oem Bosch from ebay. Use laser iridium or some other decent plugs so you don't need to replace them again for 80,000 miles.
