W209 CLK55 M113k build thread

Okay guys, everything is done, but I'm having an issue getting the sc clutch to engage. I show a code for the intercooler pump circuit because the pump is not there, I have my own wired to a switch 12v. According to star info, the pump is powered by a relay in the rear sam of the w211. I'm kinda lost as to how to remedy this. Anyone have any ideas?

Try to research the w211 a bit more in terms of ECU pin for pump activation.
If it is not available try to determine where the pump status comes from.
The relay might have dual NO normally open circuits one for pump and other for status input. This circuit could be simple once studied a bit deeper.
It is fortunate this is the only issue with the swap so far.
Nice Work, Gator

Okay guys, here it is. I'm finally going to give the last update I've been promising. I just wanted to work out all the kinks before I posted.
The car is done and its a monster. 4th gear pulls just as hard as 3rd. I just spin, anything below 70mph. It drives perfect, no issues so far, Ive been driving the car for the past week daily and it's smoother than when when I bought the car. Transmission is fine, no slipping, no noises, the exhaust is noticeably deeper. The car actually runs a bit cooler than the m113 with hps kit. With hps kit, I was constantly at 100 Celsius. It now likes 80ish, 90 on a hot day. I'm so happy I was able to complete the swap. A BIG thanks to all the members that answered my questions and were happy to share some insight. This forum is awesome and still remains one of the most knowledgeable in community
Right before i put the old flex plate in. As you can see that one is rusty as hell.
I used those blue and black rubber cupplings to make sure everything was going to fit properly. I bought new intake boots.
Its a really tight fit in the 209.
I'll be going out this weekend with some fellow car guys. I'll be taking pictures of the car. I definitely will be posting them.
I got to run a 335i, full bolt on, jb4 tuner, turbo back exhaust, spraying methanol and I had him by 2 cars till 100, and trained away in 4th.
This thing is such a sleeper.

I did not see you but found that beemer attempting to roast a Boxter, I made presence but still have my drivers license.
Previous mile was a WRX turbo vs a Camaro V6 tuned. Again made presence making it without getting sideways with the law.
On I-4 East this morning was a cosworth Vette playing with a countagh while Rolex 24 is running now I feel like I had it in a day.

Okay guys, a little update. My fuel pressure was a little low. The stock system runs 65 psi. The m113k needs atleast 80. After trying different things, this is what worked for me. I used a 6.0 bar internal fpr filter from a 2010 vw gti. It was a direct swap in and it works perfectly.

Thanks! The car is still doing very good! No issues at all. It's such a sleeper. I've started tuning. Very soon I'll be tuning for a 74mm sc pulley. I'll post some videos when it's done!
This is only the beginning

Well, now that I have put some decent miles on the car, I figured it's time for an update. The car is fricken monster. I now have a 74mm clutched sc pulley, 82mm tb, dtk big heat exchanger and Walbro in tank 450. Also shorty headers. Dtk tuned. Dtk bwk. Will be installing a trunk tank to battle heat soak. This engine bay is very small for this engine so heat soak is bit easier than the traditional platforms with this motor. No problems at all up to date with the engine. I did blow the diff out. Replaced it with a factory c32 diff. No problems up to date. With mods, I blow 265s off like they are pizza cutters lol. If heat is still an issue with the trunk tank, I will be sprayin a little meth for cooling. Demetre Taktakishvili at DTKmotorsports really knows his stuff. He's helped tremendously with tuning the car. His tune is spot on. His customer service is beyond excellent. I'd recommend him to everyone with an m113 and m113k. Haven't made it to the dyno. I have a street tune. I did race a camaro ss with heads cam and a 150 shot. Got him by a car.
