WIS has two parts one for repairs the other is for parts id, estimate and ordering.
In the parts identification section follow through the sub menus to the appropriate diagram.
In this case front chassis, suspension, spring or strut etc...

It depends which version of the WIS you're running. The different versions have different procedures, but assuming you're running the 2012 or later -
Now you see the pictures.
- Start the WIS
- Enter the password
- Enter your VIN at the top
- On the lower left body of the screen, select front axle (#33 for a W208)
- On the right click +all information types, then check repair
- On the lower left click 33 front axle (this will highlight it)
- On the 5th line from the top, 1. Determine search criteria will be highlighted, click 2. start search to its immediate right
- When the lower left reloads, click the sub section you want and the lowermost section will reload.
- There will now be tabs such as document, picture, tightening torques click the pictures or document tab
Now you see the pictures.
