Looking at potentially selling my W208! I’ve invested quite a bit in this car and took great care of it, but I believe it’s time to move on. Various tasteful mods. Very fast and track tuned. In great running condition, fully serviced and maintained. Will be posting on marketplace soon, but wanted to try with w208 owners first! Please DM for inquiries.
Suspension (all new fully redone): - Bilstein Heavy Duty sport shocks. HR lowering springs. Full alignment, corner balanced -New steering rack and rods, control arms, polyurethane bushings, adjustable rear camber arms - Te37 lightweight reps custom drilled 5x112 bolt pattern, stud conversion, newer falken azenis
Mechanical: M113k intakes and dual exhaust
Interior: -Red braum seats , custom matching rear seats -OEM C63 alcantara steering wheel -Black suede roof, center console and handles -New leather on dash, door inserts and panels -Custom "demon-eye" style front reading lighting -Power seat features known to be problematic on this model has been deleted. Seats now sit on custom brackets. Brackets are custom water jet cut pieces, mandrel bent with laser measuring and hand mig welded. Sits around 6" lower than stock -New AMG style cluster with LED conversion (no burnt pixels) -CarPC with NAV, bluetooth and LED nightview reverse camera. Relocated AC hvac controls to bottom and CarPC on top of center console -New custom w208 mats with red leather lining and AMG logo
Serviced/replaced: trans mount, bushing for driveshaft, flex discs, center balanced driveshaft, conductor plate, emission canister, AC service and more. Great mechanical condition and inspected by Renntech in Florida. Located in Miami. 95k miles, clean title.
Wow. I don't know the extent it takes to get the new wheel and that cluster going but this is all interesting. I bought my 55 as a daily and told myself I wouldn't tinker with it. Very interesting car and the red interior is a nice touch.
