W209 beeping when lock/unlocking car
Need some help! Recently had the alarm changed at the dealership because it was drawing too much power off the battery. Now my car beeps when I lock/unlock the doors. It has never done this in all the 16 years I’ve owned it. I tried looking in all the menus on the steering wheel but cannot find a chime on/off option. Can this be turned off? What did the dealership do? Where do I look to turn this off if not in the steering wheel button menus? Thanks

Ok but that’s not how my car came from the factory. They basically installed a new unit and not the unit style my car came with.
