So my car sat for 3 years with a dead battery, I have the car running now after cleaning and replacing the ecu (it had oxidation on it I cleaned it with alcohol and a toothbrush) and replaced the battery.
I have a few issues still electrically I’m trying to figure out.
The power options don’t work, the key fob won’t lock or unlock doors but they work from the dash switch the rear windows don’t work from the switches up or down but when I disconnect and re connect the battery they drop when the door is opened like they’re supposed to just won’t function to bring them back up.
the trunk button in the car won’t open it.
there is no noise from the motors when any of the switch’s are pressed but the front windows and sun roof work fine.
the power seats don’t work heaters and air work but the movement doesn’t.
the turn signals don’t work or emergency flashers.
air bag malfunction warning light.
also says display malfunction.
my main concern right now is trying to get the windows up as it’s winter in Oregon and raining almost everyday, I have it tarped but it would be really nice to have it seal itself up
