CLK55 versus E55: new bodies to US?

CLK55 versus E55: new bodies to US?
Hope someone can help out. Seems like there has been plenty of different info on the topic but no real agreement.
Does anyone have reliable info (e.g., from an official MB press release, etc.) regarding the US delivery dates of the first:
1) new body CLK55 (non-supercharged engine)
2) new body CLK55 (w/ supercharged engine of SL55)
3) new body E55 (w/ supercharged engine of SL 55, which I believe is the only way the E55 will come)
Have heard from less than very reliable sources that the new CLK55 w/o the SC engine comes in October '02, and that the supercharged CLK55 comes at earliest in Spring '03 but even that's unlikely and it may be as long as two years from the new CLK's introduction to get the SC engine.
As for the E55 w/ SC engine I've heard anywhere from October '02 along with the rest of the new body E lineup, or not until even Oct. '03.

i don't know about delivery for the US, but here, we can place orders for the 55. The waiting period is minimum 6 months though!
But rest assured, cause I was informed by the MB dealers here that the CLK55 will be without Kompressor. BUT..... the kompressor can be ordered and installed later on if so desired!
But then again, it may be a different story for the US market!
