wtf.....do you think MB will pick up the tab on this
i dont have pictures yet cause my car at the dealer...but one of the service guys pointed something out to me...my wheels the 18 inch 2 piece amg , 265 35 18 *these came with the car*....and they have apparently been hitting on the rear quater panels causing actual damage to the fender area itself and the tire's....i was soo freakin shocked when i saw this, and very dissapointed

MB does not authorize any 265/35/18 for the rear of the CLK55 so they have no reason to pick up the tab. No AMG wheel upgrade (factory or not) uses that tire size. There is a reason why the C55 and CLK55 (2005) use 245/35/18 in the rear -- MB knows these cars have a rubbing issue with wheel upgrades.
If the dealership put the wheels on the car willingly then you need to go talk to them. If you told them to put them on then you will be SOL. It is fixable so just work through it.

no ..w209 i bought it used (starmark) they came with them on, they told me that these came from factory....i dont even think they are the right offset for this car...
im sure they'll be nice about it..otherwise i can take them to small claims court for not disclosing this information to me
