Half way point M113K swap
Nothing has been too bad just getting my EIS out which required taking apart the whole center console, and lower dash in order to reach it. I should be getting my ECU, EIS back tomorrow from getting it retuned to match the new vin.
The rest has just been taking out each engine so its been pretty straight forward except the S55 having all those hard lines for the ABC.
Tomorrow im going to start the work on switching the oil pan and pump from the M113 to the M113K since the CLK has a unique oil pan and pump set up (i think its like the E55 but im not sure). I think i need to attach the A/C pump from the M113 to.make it fit but im not sure a lot of this im figuring out as I go so any advice or links to old threads will be helpful!
What nice is that the previous owner of the S55 already had his rear main seal replaced and i have a new alternator, and crank sensor. I think those are all the hard jobs to replace and better to do it now while its all out lol.
