If i'm not mistaken;
the part # you mentioned is a factory #, which is can't be found (as a special GmbH/AF9 #),,
i think the looking for "skirts panel Rocker rubber covering":-
L) 208 698 43 30
R) 208 698 44 30

Yeah, that depends to the spec. of the VIN# and VHS code of the car,,
these numbers "208 698 43 30" & "208 698 44 30" have code: (772/F),
and "000 997 90 49" & "208 584 00 55" same #s with code: (-772/A),
my friend CLK55 uses these #s:-
"208 698 43 30" & "208 698 44 30",
but you have to check, maybe cause you have U.S spec. the part #s could be "000 997 90 49" & "208 584 00 55"..!?!,,
can find out that easily with your VIN #..
