Just bought a bottom seat cover for wife's 2006 E350 for $160 with free shipping and no tax. Talk to Jason at Autonation in Houston Texas @ (281) 691-2859. It came out great with a small issue with how it is attached around the seat bottom. However, they provide an installation video on their website that is fairly easy to follow.
The also sell on Ebay but, if you buy there, you'll pay taxes which is required by Ebay.
