have a 2003 for 45k, supercharger + install 13K, ecu & exhaust 4k, (460-525hp), dtm replica body built from scratch, 13k. my mechanic put me in touch with a body guy who is from germany and has been in the biz for 35 years as a custom body guy. showed him the pics and he said no problem! whoops, forgot the wheels and tires +5k= 80k what say you???

Is that all to get a replica? Wouldn't you need also the suspension bits, the race tranny, the bucket seats, the steering wheel, the CF trim as well? Either way, I'dlike to see it!

thats using a clk55 so you get the amg to start with to take care of the susp, big brakes etc. doesnt include any interior mods. the tiny dtm steering wheel is cool but to keep the cost down the exterior would be matched almost exactly with oz superleggeras.

I'd take up the opportunity. Go for it.
