So I'm finally getting my first service done for my 2003 CLK 55 next weekend. I know all my services for the warranty period are suppose to be free, but is there anything the dealership will try to charge me for....maybe for the oil or something like that.
I figured people here must have gotten their free services done by now.....so how much was it actually. Just trying to aviod any surprises when I go to the dealer.

If you are getting your (A) service done everything is free. All you have to spend is your time. Your (A) and (B) services will always be free , no matter what...

 

Brake pads and windshield wiper replacements are not free.

For my (B) service they put in a wiper blade fo free

 

windshield wipers are free on the B services....

 

When are you supposed to get a B service?

 

According to my dealer they are not free on 2003 or 2004. But after I complained about them being listed on the B service on their website and in brochures they finally "goodwilled" me a change of blades.

(B) service every 10K miles. (A) service every 5K miles...

 

Perhaps they made a change from '03 on. My '02 gets free blades. They charge me nothing in the (A) or (B) service. I guess only if they find worn brakes or something that they would charge me... Makes sense...
