The Next Black Series - SLC63
Though not clear how a NA63 motor can generate 800lb-ft.....

Doubt it's a CY09 launch, given all the "leaked" spy pics all over the Net....would suspect mid-CY08....
Suspect Ferrari's mid-CY08 launch Dino has both AMG and Porsche scurrying to revamp SL63 and 997TT ahead of original plans to face the onslaught....
Published rumors are that F plans to sell ?5-10K/yr Dinos at some ?$175-200K (and F is setting up a leasing arm in US to mainstream their cars' leasing options)....both AMG and P will struggle w/how to price/lease their cars vs an entry-lvl F priced within a few dollars of loaded 997TT or SL63BS....and market vs the brand cachet and typically less steep depreciation costs of F, as opposed to AMG/P....will be fun to watch the competition unfold and enjoy the more "efficient" choices as a consumer.....
I suspect it will take an extra year or so to rewrite laws of physics to get 800 ft. lbs. from that N/A engine.

for new F car. That is one ambitious marketing guy. Just build em on one of the Fiat lines and they will come. I doubt it.
With historic Itialian quality this will be a tough market to crack at 1/3 those numbers.Jimmy
