I did not pay anything. Although, I did have to wait two days, as the dealer does not stock the differential oil. You should make sure they have all items needed on hand

This is a complimentary service, I was told I had until 2000 miles to get it done, I got mine serviced with about 1700 or 1800 miles if I recall. He is correct about the oil as well as a single use seal and single use bolt or nut or something. All of these items had to be special ordered, the dealership had the car for several days due to lack of availabilty on these parts. It's kind of a non issue with mine...I'm sure it is out of warranty now with all the mods, I just wanted to make sure everything looked solid before tearing her down. Call Ahead!

Agreed: complimentary. Agreed-call ahead otherwise your car will just sit there while they figure this all out, and then sit there longer when they realize they probably have to order the parts.
Dealer needs to 1) understand what they need to do-have the dealer master mechanic called to the service desk with a copy of the service description otherwise they will not have any idea what you are talking about; 2) have the gear oil for the differential on hand otherwise they must order it from AMG/Germany which takes time, and while doing that order the 3) seals and banjo clips which will be replaced (and need to be on hand or ordered from AMG/Germany which takes time).
Limited slip differentials need to be broken in to seat the clutch plates. They typically have a quick/early break in period-you change the gear oil to get rid of break-in particles created during this period. I believe the manual recommends the LSD service at 1900 miles; did mine at 2K.

If you are in Atlanta, take the car to MB South Atlanta. They stock the oil and serviced mine. No charge.
