If you guys really wanna talk monohull racers, PM member BH_Law on this forum. He has run the whole gamut and had his own race team. His one embarrassing moment was having footage of him flipping over in a race shown nationally on the "Dumbest things Men Do" show that aired on the Discovery channel a year ago. Despite that, he is really a very cool guy...
I think he got a bum rep for that one anyway, it wasn't his fault, he was just running throttles on that IIRC, but in any event, he is the real deal, and you guys would love chatting with him.

IIRC, he was running the former Team Virgin Gladiator at the time.

I was a Fountain owner had two a 29' & the last a 35'.
The 29' chine walked on me while crossing wakes at 75 mph and only quick thinking of pulling off the power saved my butt and the boat.
I can still remember as the boat dug in from side to side it threw mountains of water. Looked like something you might have see on the opening of ABC Sports, like where the guy goes down the ski jump and off the edge and crashes.

Well. Jon from 110motoring has confirmed for me that recommending Euroelites should not post during their problems with ballzy55 was the right choice.
Regardless of the real capabilities of 110motoring and the rest of their staff, I would never put my car in the hands of someone willing to allow themselves to be called out in public like this. It speaks to the professionalism of the company. Nothing Jon posts is personal vs business when the 110motoring logo and link are associated with his name and he has "sponsor" under it. It all reflects on 110motoring.
If one of my employees posted like this they would be fired. This actually happened when one guy was posting inappropriate information on finance.yahoo.com under the company forum. Turned out he put his real first name and he was the only one in the company who spelled his name that way. Gone. There is NO freedom of speech when it comes to how employees are expected to represent a company. I actually had one guy do this once and he was written up and the next time he was walked out. The only way I kept the customer was by calling and apologising personally. Saved me a $10M customer.
110motoring is clearly a larger operation than Euroelites. Euroelites are out of business because the detractors who they felt to be their friends on the forum demoralized them. 50% of what they were was their enthusiasm and with that gone, they gave up.
I would suggest that the forum operators have a talk with all their sponsors about how the sponsor employees should behave on these forums. They risk loosing more sponsors.

I'm not sure if any of you noticed....but my initial comments were directed at the original poster - Adam, from 110 Motoring. After Jon from 110 responded, he somehow erased Adam's signatures from the posts and made them his own. Not that it has any bearing on the scope or content here, but just more...."food for thought".

i think i found out what the problem is. you have too much money and spend it willingly. why dont you buy a house or something? instead of paying 80k for a cigarette boat, why dont you put marble on all the floors in your house... youre crazy but i envy the hell out of you....
