Doesn't look like a factory part. The one that AMG sells not only looks different, but also works in conjunction with the standard rear spoiler.

That is NOT the factory aero wing. BTW, with that wing setting there so much drag its like opening a parachute. At least he color matched the paint.

Yes, its wing was duly homologated by the DTM sanctioning authorities for the purpose of providing negative lift during its intended off-highway events.
