2 days later the douche bag tried it again and Chuck sniffed him out and we got to have more fun with him until ebay finally pulled the auction.

Here is a response I got from eBay regarding this auction. It appears the screen name (jbeal272) has been hacked and is not really the perp here. After getting busted twice using that screen name the jerkoff is probably on to some other poor sole's ebay screen name.......

Thank you for writing eBay in regard to auction #320342468043.

Auction #320342468043 was ended early by eBay and all bids
administratively cancelled. It appears that the seller's account has
been compromised and used by an unauthorized third party to list
auctions on the site. Any transaction in question should be considered
null and void.

The seller's privileges to trade on eBay may be temporarily suspended
while we investigate this matter further. We are in the process of
restoring the account to its true owner. However, because account
information is confidential, we won't be able to keep you informed of
any developments. We hope that you understand our position in this
situation and know that each member's account records must stay between
eBay and that member.

I WON! I WON! I WON!
I always wanted a white one! Thanks Chuck!

This guy almost makes ebay sound complicit in his scam.

Hi,
I accept you price and the car is yours for $75,000.00. I have removed the listing from eBay because I had a buyer but his loan was not approved. Shipping is already paid, as I explained, my buyer changed his mind after I have made the arrangements to ship the car. The trucking company would not refund me but can ship the car to anywhere within continental US, so I've left it at their warehouse and it's ready to ship at anytime.

Look how the transaction will be:

I setup the transaction on eBay VPP.
They send you an invoice with all necessary details.
You send the down payment to them.
They confirm that they received and secured the funds.
I ship the car with a signed title
You receive, inspect it and confirm to eBay that you will keep it and you will transfer the rest of the money you can send it directly to me or through eBay also.
They release the money to me.
If you decide not to keep the car eBay will refund the money after you ship back the car ( but i'm sure this won't be the case.) .

If you are decided to buy it please provide me your eBay user name ,full name and shipping address so i can setup the transaction on eBay VPP and they will contact you with all necessary details.

Thanks

Sorry Joseph but I missed this e-mail when you sent it.
I am definitely interested in the car at 75k.

Why did your ebay auction get so out of control?

If 75 works, send me he deposit instructions (refundable) and we can begin.

NP.......... Al

Wonder how he expects to do it through eBay. There must be a way to get at the money w/o your approval. The genius I was playing with a couple months ago wanted to do the same type of transaction.....

Keep playing with him, see how low you can get him. Ask for more pictures - I bet he sends the one with the hood up at Euro 08 at the BMW plant. Ask where the car is physically located and if you can fly in and look it over.

So I replied:
How cool is that!

I'm staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village!!!
(My body is still on Chicago time though.)

How about you bring the car and we meet at the Starbucks at 550 Paiea St # 16L??
It's right off H1 and easy for both of us.

I'll call you at 11am.

You don't "deploy" to Hawaii either. Maybe TDY. I have several friends there as well. Most are OSI or work in the Legal office there. If this kid actually is in the military by chance, I will gladly carry the baton from here.
