Who goes to Mulholland?

So I saw a Silver CLK63 /////AMG B.S. going down Mulholland Canyon towards Kanan Rd.

I've seen the car a few times before in the same general area. I think once I saw it leaving the canyons and going South on the 101 off the Kanan on ramp

Was it one of you?????

omg, if i had a black series and lived near there i wouldnt have a license in two months!!

my little C was eating up those roads, i can only imagine what it would be like in a BS. having a stick was so much fun; downshifting before the corners and then giving it hell as i powered through them. it was a really good time!!

I was just there yesterday. We went back home from Decker canyon, and I was going kinda fast through the canyon. I slowed down because i saw a car speeding up to me and it was a DB9 and it was game. I ate him alive. He couldn't believe how much faster my car was through the corners.

I saw the same BS there yestarday too. It was a silver one with black rims. Saw him at the restaurant where all the bikers go on PCH few miles past Zuma Beach. Anyway it looked like he had done some modifications to the exaust pipes.

that would be me. were you in a cl?

Luke decker canyon is very sharp corners, you never really have a chance to speed up. My friend that was sitting next to me who actually egged me on to go on decker canyon was laughing his a$$ off because he knows the car is a dog yet it was beating the DB9 through the tight canyons.

The loop of Piuma to schuren to Stunt road to Mulholland highway to cold canyon back to Piuma is likely the nicest loop around.

Trouble is the police are out there at all hours of the day and night now since everyone on every message forum now thinks its a play ground.

I used to drive every road out there all the time but I gave that up about 6 years ago. I had Piuma memorized to the point where it was just getting way to fast. Stunt has to be one of the hardest roads on brakes. I made pads simply burst into flames several times.

Canyons are not about car performance. It is about drivers ability and or disregard for safety. Most people chicken out well before the car is maxed out. And a good thing too.

I figure there are about a hand full of people really using 100% of their car on any canyon road.

So you get some rich old guy in a Aston who thinks hes going quickly and you can make him look like a spanner in a C240 loaner car. I speak from experience back when I was less logical.

The days of my car drives so well because I beat X are over. Its all about how hard you chose to push and how well you know the road.

Any other opinion is not going to be accurate.

The WRC driver will be giving it his all and he will know the route. I don't see any logic here. I bet Sebastion Lobe could dust a CLK BS off Decker or Piuma in a Run of the mill C300. Does that mean the C350 is better? I dont think so. Means Lobe is driving better than the CLK driver. Canyons with average yahoos involved are not a place to declare vehicle superiority.

Btw your totally right cyncarvin31. The guy in the DB9 saw me turn on to decker canyon and made it a point to try to race me like an idiot. I was just on my way home. Trust me get caught once street racing with a mustang on slicks and your reason logic and public regard changes very quick. I just hate when people take a detour to race you. That's corny.
