Most dealers carry Mobil 1 5W-40, which is the wrong oil to use for the 63 models. Mobil 1 5W-40 is designed for late model diesels and trucks. The correct oil to use is: Mobil 1 ESP Formula M 5W-40. This oil was designed specifically for Mercedes-Benz, so it is not readily available in stores. There are some wholesalers online that will sell it in small cases to consumers, but aside from that, it is hard to get hold of.
