I'm using Vredestein Sessanta's on the street and they're fine for me. I don't corner hard because most of the streets here seem straight, but I do hammer it whenever I can.
I have 4,500 miles on them now and the rears have 3/32's to go to the wear bars and the fronts have 5/32's to the bars.
I'm pleased with this level of wear since the tires were $240 each, compared to the other tire options.
When the windows are open they're a touch noisy but now that summer is here, the 100 degree daily temp will help to keep the windows closed.
They don't corner like the Corsa's or the PS2's but I don't need that level of tire on the street.
On the track, the Corsa's seem to get better as they wear.

i love my vredesteins as well on my S550.....the OEM tires on my S65 rims were loud and wore out after 10k miles...i think they were conti's. I have 17K on my vredesteins and still have plenty of tire left. They flat spot a bit when i first leave home in the AM, but they even out quickly. Good dry and wet grip but i dont really push my big landsled. And the price cant be beat....less than $800 for my four 20" tires. And they have a very visually appealing tread pattern.....unique.

Agree 100%, used them on my E55, GREAT TIRE! Quiet, all-season, grip the road, ZR rated, perfect tire for daily use. I'll replace my OEMs with these when it's time.

The problem is they don't come in sizes to fit the stock rims.
