New Chrysler Extended Warranty Plan Provider
There has been a lot of discussion regarding the Chrysler extended warranty plan. As a previous purchaser of two warranties from Chrysler I received an email from the Harold Zeigler Automotive Group who is selling Chrysler factory plans that cover all Merc's (including my CLKBS) and other cars for up to 60% off what a dealer will charge you. You don't have to visit the dealership or have your car inspected to receive an online quote. In my case I chose a 5 year, $100 deductible, 12K mile per year, full coverage plan for $1,750. The new car plan from Merc that I recently received (2 years, 75K miles) was $5,200. The web site is www.ChryslerFactoryPlans.Com. Fill out the info they ask for and you'll get a return online quote with options almost immediately.

Does the Chrysler pay the dealer or does the policy holder have to be reimbursed? Any hassles associated with having work done at the MBZ dealer? My quote was $1520 for 5 years, 12k miles per year with a $0 deductable.... Too good to be true?
