The specially equipped "Asia Cup" SLK's that the instructors from the European AMG Driving Academy were driving at Nuerburgring all had front calipers that had changed to a similar golden toast hue due to heat. There evidently was no concern about any consequences due to the heat since the instructors were still out there, flogging the cars around the course.
I would talk to a dealer to make sure, but I think the color change is only a cosmetic issue.

According to stoptech and brembo cracked rotors are normal. That is how they go.
Both say that when the cracks reach the edge of the rotor or to where you can fit your finger nail into the cracks that is when you want to change them.
You will cause the cracking issue well before the rotor meets the min thickness.
I dont think they are unsafe from your photo but changing them never hurts.
Every car I track looks like that after a day or two but I dont sway them out every few events.
