Anyone see a problem here?
I would talk to a dealer to make sure, but I think the color change is only a cosmetic issue.

Both say that when the cracks reach the edge of the rotor or to where you can fit your finger nail into the cracks that is when you want to change them.
You will cause the cracking issue well before the rotor meets the min thickness.
I dont think they are unsafe from your photo but changing them never hurts.
Every car I track looks like that after a day or two but I dont sway them out every few events.
