Mike, everything looks easier from the outside looking in. It's a big difference being actually behind the wheel and feeling everything the car is doing. When you have pretty much only mechanical grip available with minimal aero help in a relative heavy car, it's not that easy and won't look as fast. But it is a lot of fun hanging out the tail

That red thing was a 997 GT2!
Oh wait ... the evidence suggests it was more likely a 996 C2 (I hope at least an S).

Cut your teeth on a spec Miata or race prepped Boxster and work your way up to a Cup Car

I'd love a sequential with 8,500 rpm's and what 2,700 pounds?
Last weekend I hitched a track ride in a 7GT3 RS. It really made me wonder why I'm pushing 4,150 pounds around the track.
And then I thought about driving home and the smooth ride in the Black Series ... at least compared to the RS.

It's a Contour HD camera.
This was the first vid that I used the suction/window mount and beyond fixing the noise level, I was happier with the outcome than when it was helmet mounted.
I tried left footing when I first tracked it, but it never seemed to get the desired result.
Left foot = dead pedal now.
