Slightly longer wheelbase, a bit higher and wider overall...
Black Series next to my 1988 C124TT Widebody Repro Build..
For those that are pre merger AMG enthusiasts it's a tribute to the Stratton UK "1AMG" build.
Not just show...about 390 torque at the flywheel can unstick the sticky Kumho's...not bad for a stock internal M103-12V 3.0L I6

Front is an overlay of a stock wheel arch, rear are 80's 911SC.
Porsche sheetmetal was found to be identical to the kits that AMG made in the eighties.

P.S.
In Delaware if you have a six digit plate under 199999 you can have a special slightly oversize plate made. Black finish with riveted stainless steel numbers.

Are you going to convert over to the euro headlights and driving lamps on the wide body?

AMG GEN I spoiler will mount either clear or yellow Bosch 55W auxiliary driving lamps like the original car.

They are like snowflakes, with no two being identical.
Each was a bespoke ala carte build for their owners

Doing the build on a 1988 300CE M103-12V for two reasons:
1) Original Stratton's build was on a 1988 with a punched out M103-12V and designated "320CE"
2) I bought the car new in May of 1988 and with only 62K miles it was a candidate first for the period Turbotechnics UK twin turbo install.
After the performance gains I decided to go all the way...
A true symptom of old age...

Wheels are the correct OZ/AMG 3 piece light weight Aero I.

Initial install of the TT kit was done by Brian Murphy@Willow Automotive in Chicago...more then worth transporting it almost 1000 miles to get the tune correct !
