2008 MB CLK Black Series
Thought I would chime in, I purchase this steering wheel for my 06 sl65 through DCT motors and the craftsmanship was much better than my Black Series CF wheel I had purchased from another vender. My only compliant, was, the + and - signs didn't seem to be OEM and where slightly off center with some residual glue, but the CF work matched with my OEM CF interior trim, which is more important to me than the + and - signs.

Your steering wheel used the OEM +/- pins ince we don't made those pins
We used wheel cores from previous customers maybe that is why the pins looks little bit "used" compared to the brandnew wrap steering wheel
if you get some spare time, please share some pictures of your nice SL65
