Looking to possibly sell my BS
#27
It's a bargain at a buck five. The car could not be reproduced for anywhere near that price if you were starting off with a bone stock donor Black Series. Have him toss in the new CF Sparco seats he mentioned and it's a real steal, those seats are $8000 plus. Not to mention that this car was owned by forum memebr Chuck Z and he never actually drove it, he just washed and polished it and ran it on a dyno to put a few miles on it LOL....Its the cleanest BS you are going to find on the open market and it's ultra rare white.
Hey guys! Long time! Everybody good? I'm doing great, just super busy these days (what's new huh?).
I drove the car a lot...... just didn't drive it very far from home when I did.

Hey Chuck, how have you been? Any new toys in the stable? Why don't you buy back your BS from Graham, it will be like a different car with the Wesitec blower on it

Car is sold. You can find it at byersimports.com soon. I traded it in on a Panamera Turbo in white over black with all carbon pieces! Since the R8 GT shows up next week that made the most sense. LMK if you want it and I can help you out. They are very good friends of mine from home.

Wow a Panamera is what Chuck Z got when he sold the Black Series.
Glad to see you are fine after the mess last weekend. Stay safe.

Here's a link to the car @ Byers. What a beauty, corny salesman.

2008 CLK BS
Well Graham's car finally found a home here in Southern CA. It's my second BS. My first BS was bought new and I regretted it the day I sold it. I don't even know why I sold it to tell you the truth. Anyway, I'm glad I found Graham's car. Needless to say it's a well known (and documented) car and very very different from my previous "stock" BS. I'm not sure how you put down the power at this level (Stage 1+) let alone at the levels some of the other members are creating. The upgrades Graham made to the car are very tasteful and well done. If anyone "local" to me is around this upcoming weekend I plan to drive it to Cars & Coffee (02/25).

I just flew into OC this morning. I am heading over to Weistec to check out my car and all the new mods that got developed and installed over the winter. I am running in the SHIFT S3CTOR Airstrip Attack on Saturday so I can't make the C & C. I will be in town for a couple weeks.

2008 CLK BS
Thanks Rob. I’ve driven it about 25 miles so far and there is NO comparison to my previous stock BS. Between the supercharger and the Evosport headers/exhaust it’s a completely different animal. I have some fast cars but this thing – while maybe not necessarily faster – is an ANGRY car! I think the word FEROCIOUS (in a good way) best describes its character! It really is awesome and I look forward to exploring more of its new found tendencies!
As for price I’m not really going to comment on that but I think it was a very fair deal in light of all the upgrades on the car not to mention it being white. It is truly awesome in this color.
JR I heard about the event that you are attending. I know Weistec was working hard on getting your car and one other car prepared for this weekend. Good luck with that. If you’re around for a couple of weeks give me a shout. Send me a PM with your contact info and let’s say hello in person if you have time.
In terms of the F40 I did have the F40 and my silver (first) BS together. I sold the F40 about three years ago as I decided I didn’t enjoy the older Ferraris as much as the newer ones. I’m a modern Ferrari guy these days!
All I can say is that this car is going to be very enjoyable to drive. A stock BS is an awesome car already. This thing is just ridiculous.
