New CLK63BS owner, couple of questions

So, I just got a CLK63BS, and have a couple of questions.

Firstly, my car is missing all the manuals (I didn't know this until I got the car). What materials are specific to the BS?

Also missing (unknown to me) is the navigation DVD. What ones will work (the one from my 06 C55 does not work), and what is the most recent update?

Bluetooth. I see that there are lot of threads about this. Firstly, WTF, why doesn't this car come standard with Bluetooth? Moving beyond this, my car also doesn't have an ipod connector. I don't care as I have a android phone, but what are my options for getting bluetooth, and most importantly, so I can stream music to the car? Is there any way to avoid having to take the dash apart (I hate doing this as they never seem to go back together without making noise)?

Thanks!!

-Paul

Small world in here. I had a 07 CLK63 non BS and a 05 C55 before that,

Anyway, check the glove box in the center towards the front edge of the "back" of the glove box. There may be a small 7mm round input you can use for your music. My E63 has one in addition to the IPOD connection.

You should be able to use the disc from 07 or 08 model E or CLK, maybe more.

Good Luck

Ipod adaptors came on some BS's and not others....kinda strange. Mine has one. You can add both an iPod adaptor and/or Bluetooth through your dealership. Companys like DICE might make a unit that will work as well.

You can download an owners and maintenance manual from MBUSA Owners Online.

Owner's manual was specific for the Black Series. There is a plug in the storage part of the center console, behind the cupholders for a MB bluetooth module. I found one for around $100 a while back on ebay. Just plugged in and it worked, didn't have to "activate" at the dealer or anything.

You wouldn't happen to have the part number (or exact name) for the MB bluetooth module? From what I've seen, there are nearly as many MB bluetooth modules are there are car models.

Does the MB Bluetooth allow you to stream music too, or is it just phone?

Thanks!

67875878 For the puck. They are typically 120-140 on ebay. $200+ from the dealership.

Getting the OEM BT installed in my car was not as easy as just plugging in the BT puck in the center console. In fact the final cost was about $1200 thru' my local MB dealer and involved installing further electronics inside the trunk area. Luckily my car was pre-wired so it was all plug-n-play. It was worth the ridiculous price imho to get the OEM system and have all the work warranted thru' MB. BTW, you will not be able to stream music wirelessly via the OEM BT system.
