This car had an accident and it is hard to sell! Pay $3,000 more, you can get a non-accident car with 12,000 miles on it.

Thats my concern, I agree with you. Would have been nice to get someone to confirm that they only replaced the bumper, and both fenders as seller is telling me...

Unlikely anyone would confirm that and if they did the confirmation would be meaningless as they are not going to put it in writing.
Spend the extra 3K for something with a clean report.

I personally would not touch any car (BS or otherwise) that has a negative history report e.g. Carfax attached to it. IMO. move on to one that has a clean history. You're buying someone else's mistake and making it your own in the future whe you decide to sell the car.

That thing has frame damage aka structural damage- Id pay 10k more for a better car. Once a car is denoted with frame; thats 2nd worst to having a branded title.
