Wheel spacer and H&R springs
All
I’m purchasing another BS and wanted to inquire about the H & R lowering springs and wheel spacers, the previous car I bought and sold had these already installed by EVOSport.
Does anyone know the specifications? Are allCLK BS H& R lowering springs and wheels spacers the same specifications (ride height and wheels width), I’d want to duplicate the previous ride. EVOSport nailed it with the look and feel and usability. The height was a perfect, not to low not to high and the wheels spacers were just enough as well.
I contacted H&R and they say they never had springs for the CLK BS. Any help would be appreciated. Here is a picture of my old CLK BS with ride set up I'm after. Thanks. Todd

Welcome back.
Question - the KW suspension is already excellent for most applications. Why not just lower it as is? You can even go lower than the stop if you so desire.

Thanks. I will be lowering it, but the set up that Evosport did with the H&R Sport springs was a great ride. I will not be tracking the car, but I prefer the stiffer ride. I'm working with Evosport to try and purchase their set up, but the springs are backordered from Germany.

I understand the spacers, and how it fills out the wheel well, but why would you use lowering springs on a car that comes with coilovers?? The coilovers have the capability of being lowered without mesing with bump and rebound. Just my $.02. I would never use another set of springs with a different set of shocks when the car already has a coilover system. It really is counter intuitive.

The perch is the threaded ring the spring rests on, raise the perch raise the ride height, lower the perch you lower the ride height. Just Google perch adjustment for diagrams and a more technical explaination.
