I bought my own set of Lightweight CCW 18x13 18x10 wheels sitting on BFG Drag Tires 345/30 rear 265/40 front, will be installed next week I'll submit my pix for your approval

Huge weight savings vs current fashion 20"s saved 25 lbs off each rear wheel & 15 lbs off each front wheel ez 40 rwp increase can't wait to feel added perf!

You are going to notice a big difference in acceleration just on weight savings alone. Love your car, you have the baddest SL on the planet. You running Shift Sector in October, they are having a BMW vs AMG shootout, we need some fast AMGs out there, you should go?

My tranny needs to be built but should hold due to largest turbos will have bit more lag & in theory that should save TQ converter among other things, w/91 CA krap gas 800-850 rwp should be no problem I'm just not certain how high rwp can go on Q16 catless tune? I know UGR Gallardo TT race gas tunes jump hp/tq up 150-250 whp, We will see If I can just get reliable race tune @ 1000 rwp that's my goal anyway..

Although I will admittedly bump my PSI up to 28-30 psi on stk turbs, I did this trick to run previous 700 rwp/875 rwt w/o this technique it stays @ 22 odd psi) the utter violence this unleashes is beyond addicting..
PS my SL isn't AMG but lowly 600 lol.. Tho w/current setup it will demolish an OEM SL 65 BLK
& actual current curb weight inc custom CF seats, and major weight reduction all around my SL will weigh 3800 lbs or less..
