CLK63 Black Series @ Chicago Motor Cars - Evosport car?
I seem to remember that someone on this forum either knew of, or owned, the 15k mile CLK63 Black Series that has been at Chicago Motor Cars for quite a long time. It appears to have quite a list of Evosport parts, and I am going to Chicago tomorrow to look into a few different cars, as I am replacing a couple of mine. If anyone can lend some insight into the history of that car, or any idea why it has been sitting so long, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much.

Sorry, I just saw this thread today. I am friends with Parin who owns Chicago Motor Cars, I was actually racing with him all weekend at the airstrip event just outside Chicago. Did you get you questions addressed? Let me know what you need, I can talk to Parin and find his bottom line price. A tuner like Weistec can retune it and turn off the CELs.

Thank you, gentlemen. I spoke with them on the car, made an offer, and the gentleman that I spoke with said that they are within a few hundred dollars of their selling price from their asking price of $69,995. So I elected to pass on it as I just could not see paying almost $70k for it (I offered $65k).
Looks like a nice car, but now my sights have shifted toward a different one.
