Question Pre-Purchase Question

All,

I'm looking to buy a CLK63 Black, 2008 but living in LA need to soften it up a bit. No one at MB can answer these questions!

What are the current F&R compression and rebound settings? 5/10, 8/10??
Is there a universal OEM setting?

How much can the car height be raised or lowered given the adjustibility of the KW V3's

Are the sway bars adjustable? If so, what are the OEM settings?

Any help with suggestions to make this amazing car more livable as a DD would be appreciated. I want to join the CLK63 BS club (3rd AMG) but can't live with the stiffer than GT3 like ride.... My GF likes quiet rides up the coast 500 Miles at a time....

Thanks,

FBS

I drove mine for a year or so as a daily and had no issues with the stock set up. You get used to it.

I have been driving the car for 18 months on factory setting and went to the track several times. Factory setup is ok for street but needs improvement for track days.
