Video: exhaust comparison stock CLK63BS vs F1 Safety Car CLK63BS
Whether on TV or in person, I think many of us have heard how great the Benz F1 Safety cars sound around a track. Here is the first video I've seen of our car put against the Safety car back to back so you really can hear the difference between the stock exhaust and the Safety Car exhaust.
By the way, does anyone know the setup the Safety Car has? I assume no cats is all it is.

Good vid...cats definitely removed. While some may differ, think the sound of our cars is fine for the street...subtle but aggressive. But then, I'm not a fan of Harleys with straight pipes either.

The sound when I start up Nero with the evosport long tube headers, high flow cats, and evosport exhaust, is just heaven. It is only made better when heard under hard acceleration in a tunnel. When I drove up to Chicago several months ago I kept blasting through the underground section of Lower Wacker in downtown, and I was laughing outloud the entire time it was so wonderful to listen to.

with no cats
and mufflers off an W220 S65
The sound is incredible
I would have no problem with
that set-up on my car
I am not into any E-car
I like to hear my engine
I like to hear my exhaust
