After 6 flawless months of ownership, my 2012 CLS63 has decided to completely stop displaying contact names and contact entries when people call, in the address book, etc. No amount of pairing/unpairing/repairing/restarting of car/restarting of phone is helping.

Any ideas?? I didn't change ANY setting and this started happening about 4 days ago.

I had issues with my BB. The system continued to reboot, reboot, reboot. I'd reinstall as directed and it would work for awhile then start rebooting. After speaking with MBrace assistant she had me reinstall everything using the "external authorization" mode. You'll find this when going thru the connect a phone sequence. I haven't had any problems since.
