Battery Maintainer
Hi everyone,
I have a 2012 CLS and keep it in Florida during the summers when I am up north and it doesn't get driven for extended periods. I have bought a ctek 3300 battery maintainer and was wondering how best to install it.
First, is there now one battery in the car or two?
Second, there doesn't seem to be a way to put the eyelets that come with the maintainer and thus think you'd have to use the clips...how long can I keep the clips on the battery for? Months?
or what is the better way to install this/have this installed...
All the best,
JD

Have it hard wired to the battery. Then you only need to plug in, to maintain your battery. This was done on my car at delivery with MB maintainer.
