New CLS but no reverse camera guidelines?

2011 GLK350 4M, 2013 C350
We received 2013 C350 last week. Unfortunately, rear view camera does not have guidelines. My wife as primary driver of this car are very disappointed, because her 2011 GLK350 does have guidelines on the screen and she got used to it.
Just returned from dealer - ask him to find out whether possible to activate this feature. Guidelines are clearly visible on MBUSA C350 webpages entertainment and packages.
Dealer said they can not do anything with and will contact Mercedes. I expect some kind of reply beside the point from MB.
Looks like the false advertisement...

??? Once you have these and learn how to use them - there is no going back. I agree with a previous poster - while this CLS550 is an AMAZING machine - for a pushing $90K price tag - there is simply NO excuse not to have them...
