CLS Colors?? HELP!!!!!!
Whats up guys.. So I just got rid of my Sport Range and I'm on my way back to Mercedes. Im in the market for a CLS63 and i cant make up my mind on a color. What color do u have (or prefer) and what are the reasons. Some days I wake up and I want black but its so hard to maintain. Some days I wake up and I want white but my range was white and I'm starting to think the color is kind of boring (or maybe its just such a common color in the 218's). And then there's silver. I try to convince myself that i love it, but then again theres one thing wrong with that color... Its not black or white lol... HELP!!!

White is insanely popular right now. My dealership has their showroom full of ALL white cars. I think white looks cheap. Like a refrigerator.
Black is the classic color. You can never go wrong with black. It always looks cool. Its a little harder to maintain, dirt shows up faster. But - nothing looks as good as a clean black car.
Some of the designo colors are pretty impressive. There is a matte gray that is amazing. I just saw an SL63 in that matte gray. Its really cool looking. The Mystic Blue is also really cool.
Silver is okay, but its a pretty popular color as well. Red looks really, really good on the CLS. Amazingly good. And there are practically no red CLS's in the wild.
Good luck.

Lots of Iridium Silver CLSs around. But i have seen only one Palladium Silver on a dealer lot and it definitely looked different. That color would be my second choice.

This car looks good in practically any color. Mine is diamond white. It's my first white car in thirty years and it looks great.
Black is really nice and I considered it but it's just too hard to keep clean for an old guy.

Black looks great when clean and new, but shows every little streak and scratch, my kids thought it looks like the batman car. The pearly white looked real nice in showroom but for me not really practical. Like silver as safe colour but my last 2 MB were silver. The palladium silver I have I really like as its different and I think will be pretty durable, it really suits the porcelain interior leather and poplar wood as it has a slight brownish hue to it. Have had a lot of comments on the colour. The whole car is just so stylish, I keep finding excuses to drive it.

I ended up going with Designo Alanite. It is the matte silver/grey paint. After seeing one in the flesh, it is simply amazing and maintenance is not an issue.
Black is a classy great color but IMHO only looks good close for the first 1/2 hour after being cleaned. After that, it looks dirty.
Palladium silver is my close second.
Red would look awesome as well but it may bring too much attention from the Poliiiiiice.

I hear ya. I think we always want what we don't have.
I have blk and now want's diamond white.
Saw a video of a blue designo color and I would die for it.
Don't know the exact name off top.
